Happy Friday! My name is Marshecka(Mar-she-ka) and I am the proud owner of Marshecka Weddings and Events. I have always had a passion for planning and designing events, and over the years, I have had the privilege of turning that passion into a successful career. I recently rebranded my company from Chique Weddings and Events located in Tracy, CA, to Marshecka Weddings and Events.

At Marshecka Weddings and Events, we believe that every event should be a reflection of the couple or individual hosting it. That’s why we take a personal approach to every event, working closely with our clients to understand their vision, style, and preferences. From there, we use our creativity, expertise, and attention to detail to bring that vision to life.

One of our favorite parts of the planning process is getting to know our clients. We love hearing about their love story, their hopes and dreams for their event, and the special details that they want to include. Whether it’s incorporating a sentimental item into the decor, arranging a special dance performance, or simply creating a relaxed and joyful atmosphere, We’re dedicated to making sure that every detail is perfect and that every event exceeds our clients’ expectations.

In addition to wedding planning, we also offer event design services, which allow us to bring a creative and artistic touch to each event. From selecting the perfect floral arrangements and lighting design to coordinating the overall aesthetic, we love bringing our clients’ vision to life through thoughtful and beautiful design.

We are grateful to have the opportunity to do what we love every day and to be a part of such a special and meaningful time in our clients’ lives. We believe that a wedding or event should be a celebration of love, joy, and community, and my team and I are honored to be a part of that celebration.

1. I am a huge fan of Starbucks and cannot function without my coffee.
2. I am a traveler at heart and love exploring new cultures and landscapes.
3. In my downtime, I enjoy practicing yoga and meditation to stay centered and focused.
4. I am an avid fitness enthusiast and enjoy cycling on my Peloton at least 4-5 times a week.
5. Reading is one of my favorite pastimes and I am always looking for a good book to dive into. I try to read a new book a week. Lately, I’ve fallen off due to planning events:)
6. I am always enrolled in various courses as I strongly believe in the importance of acquiring new skills both in my area of expertise – event planning – and in the broader realm of business.
7. I recently acquired a love for painting.
8. I am a dog lover and have a soft spot for my furry friend, Zen, who is anything but Zen.
9. I am an optimist who believes that with hard work and determination, anything is possible.
10. I cherish spending time with my husband and daughter.
11. I am overjoyed by designing, planning, creating color palettes, incorporating florals, and organizing timelines.
