I’m Marshecka, founder and lead planner of Marshecka Weddings & Events. For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside couples, families, and brands during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.
What I’ve learned through this work is simple, but powerful: a well-designed celebration isn’t just about how it looks. It’s about how it feels.
We’re a full-service planning and design company rooted in peace, presence, and personalization. Whether we’re designing a timeless wedding, a luxury Quinceañera, or a signature brand experience, our mission is the same: to create beauty with intention and guide our clients with care.
And while we’re honored to plan milestone events of all kinds, weddings will always hold a special place in my heart. There’s nothing quite like the joy of helping a couple begin their next chapter with elegance and ease.
When I’m not designing or planning, I’m spending time with my husband and daughter, mentoring other women in business, or finding beauty in the quiet moments that inspire my work.

📚 I love getting lost in a good book. Nothing makes me happier than reading. I recently finished Let Them by Mel Robbins, and my biggest takeaway was this: you don’t need to control how others move, you just need to stay anchored in who you are.❤️
